Return Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for references, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempted from return. Perishable goods cannot be returned.

There are certain cases where partial refunds are granted only (if any)

– Product with clear signs of use

– Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not related to our fault

– Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Additional non-returnable goods:

  1. Gift cards
  2. Accessories

To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if any)

Once received  and inspected, we will send you an email letting you know that we have received the returned item. We’ll also notify you that your refund has been approved or declined.

If you’re approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain period of days.

Late or missing refunds (if any)

If you haven’t been refunded, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items of sale (if any)

Items with normal prices may only be refunded, unfortunately the discounted  (On Sale) items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if any)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it for the same item, email us atinfo@sabayaa.ps.  and send your item to our address

Gifts

If the item is marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for your payout. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item is not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver ships the order to themselves to give it to you later, we will send you your refund to the gift giver and recognize your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you must mail the product to our address you will be responsible for paying your shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you get a refund, the cost of shipping back will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
